Joe Pantoliano, a Hollywood veteran whose career spans decades, is instantly recognizable from his roles in blockbusters like The Fugitive, The Matrix, and of course, the beloved Bad Boys franchise. As Captain Howard, Pantoliano has been an integral part of the series alongside Will Smith and Martin Lawrence for nearly three decades.
