Still active in his 90s, William Shatner got his start in television when many of its shows aired live, rather than having been filmed or videotaped. Now, Shatner’s 70+-year career is the subject of a documentary, You Can Call Me Bill. Of course, we’ve spoken to Shatner many times over the years, and he’s told us he’s always had fond memories of those live television days, which usually felt more like theater than television.
