Zac Efron in “The Greatest Beer Run Ever,” now streaming on Apple TV+.
For his role in The Greatest Beer Run Ever, Zac Efron needed to take a trip back in time, since the story takes place at the height of the Vietnam War. And, since he was playing a real person instead of a fictional character, he couldn’t take as many liberties in making the role his own.
