Rachel Weisz reteams with The Lobster director Yorgos Lanthimos in The Favourite, a look into Queen Anne’s (Olivia Colman) relationships with Lady Sarah (Weisz) and a cunning servant named Abigail (Emma Stone). The picture is getting huge awards buzz, and Weisz may get her first Oscar nomination since her Best Supporting Actress win for The Constant Gardener.

Sandy Powell’s costumes are incredible,” said Weisz. “She used the silhouettes from the period but she used materials that wouldn’t have been used then. So she used black and white leather and denim and things that are very anachronistic and all the female characters are wearing black and white so we look like a chess board.”
