Along with bonus scenes, the Blu-ray version comes with a plethora of featurettes on the making of the movie (“Road to Justice,” Heart of Justice,” Technology of the Justice League,” “Justice League: The New Heroes,” “Steppenwolf the Conqueror” and several “Scene Studies” segments which break down various sequences in the flick).
Adam West, Michael Keaton, Christian Bale, and Ben Affleck are among the actors who have taken on the mantle of Bruce Wayne/Batman, and now the Caped Crusader is off to another adventure with Justice League.
This film has been a long time coming, as this super group serves as the anchor of the DC Comics universe. Batman (Affleck), fearing a threat that could be even more dangerous than his recent run-in with Doomsday, creates the Justice League with Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), Cyborg (Ray Fisher), Aquaman (Jason Momoa), and the Flash (Ezra Miller). Although he’s not part of the official movie poster, Superman is also a big part of the Justice League, and it will be interesting to see how this film incorporates him into the narrative.
Although Batman’s vigilante tendencies is one of his most intriguing facets, the gadgets and vehicles at his arsenal also grab its share of attention. Click on the media bar below to hear Affleck discuss the “tricked out” Batmobile in Justice League.
