‘Ralph Breaks The Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2’ Teaser Trailer Goes Viral

Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2

One of the most anticipated films this year is Ralph Breaks The Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2 and hopefully the flick will feature the same passion for 8-bit gaming as the original. Wreck-It Ralph, which received an Oscar and Golden Globe nomination for Best Animated Feature, was released back in 2012 and it’s been a long timing for a sequel!

This time out video game antagonist (but with a heart of gold) Ralph (John C. Reilly) helps Vanellope von Schweetz (Sarah Silverman) navigate the perilous world wide web in search of a replacement to save Vanellope’s game Sugar Rush. The flick also features the voice talents of Taraji P. Henson, Kristen Bell, Alan Tudyk, and Mandy Moore. Check out the teaser trailer and tell us what you think!

Ralph Breaks The Internet: Wreck-It Ralph opens nationwide November 21.

‘Wreck-It Ralph 2’ Breaks The Internet With 2018 Release

The 2012 animated smash Wreck-It Ralph is finally getting a sequel, as Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2 hits the silver screen March 9, 2018. The news was announced at CinemaCon. Jack McBrayer and Jane Lynch are among the actors who are returning to the roster with leads John C. Reilly (Ralph) and Sarah Silverman (Vanellope).

The project also reteams the film’s original director Rich Moore and scribe Phil Johnston to the project (both Moore and Johnston collaborated on last year’s Disney hit Zootopia).

Wreck-It Ralph was a loving homage to 8-bit gaming, and now its sequel is taking video games to an entirely different level. “To take these characters we love and have them enter the enormous world of the internet has given us so much to explore,” said Moore. “Our production team has been hard at work designing a world that takes something we all think we know – the internet – but shows it in a whole new, imaginative way.”

The Oscar nominated film was named Best Animated Feature by the Broadcast Film Critics Association, and expectations are definitely high with Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2.

Are you excited for the sequel, or was one film dealing with Ralph’s gaming universe enough? Feel free to comment below!
