Best-selling author STEPHENIE MEYER joined her TWILIGHT SAGA stars ROBERT PATTINSON, KRISTEN STEWART and TAYLOR LAUTNER at San Diego ComicCon 2012 last week for one last time to celebrate the fans that have been so supportive of the franchise since its beginning. Fielding questions from the standing-room-only audience, MEYER acknowledged that she has (for now) closed the door on further TWILIGHT SAGA installments but didn’t deny the rumors that there is already talk of rebooting the film series. She did admit, however, that she feels sorry for the actors who’ll have to follow the current cast. (CLICK ON THE MEDIA BAR FOR AUDIO)
Soon to be seen in a most pivotal role in CHRISTOPHER NOLAN’S epic comic-book masterpiece THE DARK KNIGHT RISES, actor JOSEPH GORDON-LEVITT is also looking forward to the upcoming arrival of LOOPER, writer/director RIAN JOHNSON’S noir-ish tale of time travel and mob hit men. A major element of that film is that BRUCE WILLIS and GORDON-LEVITT play the same character at different ages. While promoting her film Oz: The Great and Powerful at Comic-Con in San Diego, CA, Williams was asked about a possible reunion of Dawson’s Creek.
