Mikenley Brown gave Team Kelly plenty to cheer about. “Almost Is Never Enough” highlighted the vocal control that got her this far, and “Man I Need” reminded everyone she has more range than people may have expected.
Lucas West went a little outside his comfort zone with “Cold as Ice,” stepping away from the piano in a move that genuinely worked. His take on “Ordinary People” later in the night was the kind of performance people talk about long after the season 29 finale ends.
Liv Ciara is still young, but she did not perform like it. “The Greatest” hit with real emotional honesty, and “What a Girl Wants” was pure confidence from start to finish.

When the votes came in, Mikenley Brown placed fourth and Lucas West came in third. It then came down to Alexia Jayy and Liv Ciara, and after everything, it was Alexia Jayy who took home the title.
