The sci-fi thriller The Creator has gotten plenty of praise for its cinematography, among other things. For that, star Allison Janney credits the film’s writer, producer, and director, Gareth Edwards. She spoke about (Before SAG/AFTRA strike) how she was thoroughly impressed that Edwards insisted on shooting the movie’s scenes on location, rather than shooting against a green screen and compositing in the exotic locales.
