Bruce Campbell has been part of the Evil Dead franchise before there was even an Evil Dead — Campbell starred in the original 1978 short made by director Sam Raimi to pitch the idea of Evil Dead, and has appeared in all of the following films, including a cameo in the new Evil Dead Rise.
