The Mandalorian has established itself as a fan favorite in the Star Wars universe over its first two seasons, with the third currently halfway through its run. Jon Favreau, the executive producer who also serves as The Mandalorian’s showrunner, says he’s not the least bit surprised that fans love the show, since everyone who works on the show sees it from a fan’s perspective, too.
