Before director John Singleton’s death in 2019, he was very much involved in the production of the show Snowfall, having been one of its co-creators, as well as writing and directing episodes of the show. Singleton was instrumental in the casting of star Damson Idris and worked with him extensively in the show’s early days. Those are times and lessons that Idris told us he will never forget.
