Director Roland Emmerich has a reputation for creating films with big, over-the-top action sequences, and Moonfall will make fans of that style very happy. Patrick Wilson, who stars in the film, says that, between the big scenes and the characters’ big backstories, there’s no doubt this is an Emmerich movie.
