It may not have been NBC’s biggest hit, but critical raves and a devoted following earned a second-season pickup for Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist. Of course, at the time of the renewal, there wasn’t any filming going on in Hollywood because of the COVID-19 pandemic, so Skylar Astin told us it was a really joyous moment when everyone was able to get together and start filming again, a feeling they haven’t been taking for granted.
