Directed, written by, and starring Casey Affleck, Light Of My Life centers on a bleak future wherein a pandemic has wiped out most of the female population. Rag (Anna Pniowsky) is a young child who pretends to be a boy to ensure her safety, and the only person she trusts in the world is her father (Affleck).

The feature features excellent performances Affleck and Pniowsky, and during our interview she talked about the lessons she learned from working with her co-star.

“How to be realistic,” said Pniowsky. “He has a really unique way of acting and I really like how realistic he is. I really do appreciate that. So I think I do try and take away lessons from his acting and I really did learn a lot from him.”
