Between The Lines, the second film from filmmaker Joan Micklin Silver (Hester Street), hits Blu-ray, DVD and digital platforms on June 18 via Cohen Film Collection.

Released in 1977, Between The Lines underwent a 2K restoration, is a romantic comedy about a Boston alternative newspaper which may be purchased by a major publishing company. Between the Lines also spotlighted early performances from budding actors Jeff Goldblum (The Fly), John Heard (Cutter’s Way), and Lindsay Crouse (House of Games). Silver’s body of work, along with the acclaimed Hester Street and Between The Lines, include Crossing Delancey and Head Over Heels (previously titled Chilly Scenes of Winter).

Special features on Between The Lines Blu-ray and DVD include a new interview with Silver, the original trailer, and the 2018 re-release trailer. Expect more Silver films to add to your home video collection, as five of her films (which includes Between The Lines) were acquires last fall by Cohen Film Collection for distribution in theaters and home video.
