Anybody who owns a red Swingline stapler or has fantasized about destroying office equipment knows the sweetly sublime pleasures of a little movie called Office Space. Made for just $10 million, the low-budget Mike Judge movie was initially a box-office flop, grossing just over $12 million in its theatrical run. But then, something magical happened: Between cable TV airings and home video sales, Office Space became one of the most beloved comedies of its generation, placing fifth on a 2008 Entertainment Weekly list of the 25 best comedies of the past 25 years. (If you’re wondering, Ghostbusters was #1.)

This year, the movie celebrates its 20th birthday, and Jennifer Aniston — who memorably played a waitress with flair in the film — told us she had no idea the movie would amount to much. (Click on the media bar below to hear Jennifer Aniston)
