Thanks to his iconic wrestling career, John Cena knows his way around a larger than life escapade, so joining the Transformers family felt like a natural fit. He plays Agent Burns in Bumblebee, a person who is on the hunt for the lovable autobot.

One of the great things about the film is that storyline, not action, is at the heart of the narrative.”I think the universe is so interesting,” said Cena. “That’s why Transformers has been a global success. It’s because the idea of this franchise coming to life and the way that they did it – it started way back about the story of a boy wanting a car and it goes from there. And then you learn about the protectors and (evildoers) of the universe and the back and forth crazy action that has been the Transformers franchise. (Bumblebee), takes it back even earlier and almost recaptures that unreal feeling when you get that independence as a teenager.”
