The futuristic, neo-noir tale Hotel Artemis centers on a tough nosed woman (Jodie Foster) who runs an underground hospital for criminals. With that premise, one would assume the film is all about the action. For co-star Dave Bautista, Hotel Artemis had more to offer.
“It was really original,” said Bautista, who was the second actor to sign up for the film right after Jodie Foster. “I thought it was really kind of a love story between a lot of characters that was kind of disguised as an action-thriller/sci-fi film. I just thought it was a great script that was really well written and could be really well done.
