Since her scenery stealing role in Kingsman: The Secret Service, Sofia Boutella has been on a cinematic tear, starring in the features Star Trek: Beyond, Atomic Blonde, and The Mummy. Now she’s part of the stellar ensemble of Hotel Artemis, a film about a tough nosed woman (Jodie Foster) who runs a hospital that tends to criminals.
“For this character, in particular, she had a bit of a different theme for her,” said Boutella about a role. “She’s a bit more feminine. She embraces her womanhood and she’s a bit more elegant. I like the mix of the strength, the fighting, and also the femininity.”
