We’ve been seeing a lot of remakes and reboots in Hollywood in recent years — some good, so not so good. We’ve got our fingers crossed for Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, which looks like it’s part reboot, part sequel to the 1995 hit Jumanji, which starred the late, great Robin Williams. The new movie finds four teenagers getting sucked into a mysterious video game, where they become human avatars facing deadly adventures. Kevin Hart, Jack Black, Karen Gillan, and Dwayne Johnson star in the film, which has been getting some good word of mouth after early screenings. Johnson was particularly excited to make the movie, because he was a big fan of the original and its Oscar-winning star. (Click on the on the media bar below to hear Dwayne Johnson)
Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle opens in theaters December 20.
