MasterChef is one of the most addicting cooking shows on television. You don’t have to be a cooking fan in order to enjoy the show, as the personality of the judges and contestants always seem to shine through. While many other cooking shows have tried to mimic the success of MasterChef, it’s hard to beat the original.
There are many reasons why MasterChef has been so successful, l but Gordon Ramsay believes it’s the judges’ hands on approach with amateur chefs that places the series high above the fray. (Click on the media bar below to hear Gordon Ramsay) MasterChef airs Wednesday nights 8/7c. on FOX.
The evolving and at times contentious relationship between Paul Briggs (Daniel Sunjata) and Mike Warren (Aaron Tveit) is one of the more compelling elements of the series Graceland, which airs Thursday nights on the USA Network (10 pm et/pt).
These undercover agents, whose lives are often in danger thanks to their respective missions, find their refuge in their Southern California beach residence that’s known affectionately as “Graceland.”
With Briggs’ bout with drug addiction and Warren’s dilemma on which side he should actually choose (he investigated Briggs during the first season), drama is always part of the “Graceland” household.
In the video below Aaron Tveit and Daniel Sunjata elaborate on how they’d love to see Gracelandend.
If Wednesday nights episode is any indication, the new USA series MR. ROBOT is ‘one to watch’ this summer if for no other reason than the performances by co-stars RAMI MALEK and CHRISTIAN SLATER. An intense drama set in the world of corporate espionage, the series centers on a young, idealistic cyber security programmer who gets recruited by a mysterious underground vigilante group to destroy the corporation he’s been hired to protect. Given the times we’re living in, MR. ROBOT is not so much science-fiction as it is a cautionary tale and, to its credit, depicts the world of ‘computer hacking’ in a much more realistic way than we’re used to seeing it.
We recently sat down with MALEK and SLATER to talk about the series and they freely admitted that paranoia plays heavily in the show. MR. ROBOT airs Wednesday nights on USA.
America’s Got Talent host Nick Cannon and Howard Stern have a great rapport, and their chemistry is one of the show’s strongest aspects. . Whether it’s during America’s Got Talent or when Cannon has guested on Stern’s Sirius/XM Satellite Radio radio show, the two seem to really enjoy each other friendship.
However it wasn’t always like that. Cannon told us when he was on the radio a few years back the two of them didn’t exactly see eye to eye. Cannon told us he always had respect for Stern but once they started working together on AGT, the respect turned into a friendship. Now, he looks at Stern as a mentor.
It’s been over thirty years since Arnold Schwarzenegger promised “I’ll be back,” an iconic phrase that was uttered by his most popular role to date. Since the first Terminator, there have been two sequels and a prequel released. And now Schwarzenegger returns once again as the seemingly indestructible killing machine, as Terminator Genisys opens July 1.
Schwarzenegger, last seen with Abigail Breslin in the zombie flick Maggie, says he is honored to play the character once again and returning to a fantastical role is a rare luxury that he absolutely cherishes.
