One of Hollywood’s most sought-after actors, MICHAEL FASSBENDER has two high-profile films opening in theaters this season. In SHAME, he plays a sexual obsessive whose life is thrown for a loop with the appearance of his wayward younger sister (played by CAREY MULLIGAN) and in director DAVID CRONENBERG’S drama, A DANGEROUS METHOD, he shares the screen with KIERA KNIGHTLY and VIGGO MORTENSEN in telling the story of the troubled relationship between young psychiatrist Carl Jung, his mentor Sigmund Freud and the woman who comes between them.
During our recent interview, FASSBINDER speculated as to what Jung might think of the obsessive behavior of Brandon, the character he plays in SHAME. (CLICK ON THE MEDIA BAR FOR AUDIO)
