Water for Elephants is based on the bestseller of the same name that features a romance in the unusual setting of a circus.

Veterinary school student Jacob (Robert Pattinson) falls hard for Marlena (Reese Witherspoon), a star circus performer. They find beauty in the world of the Big Top, and actually come together because of their mutual compassion for a special elephant.

Naturally, there are challenges, particularly from the wrath of Marlena‘s magnetic but dangerous husband, August (Christoph Waltz).


In Tyler Perry’s Madea’s Big Happy Family, Madea (Tyler Perry) leaps into action when her niece, Shirley (Loretta Devine), gets worrisome news about her health.

The story features Mara, an adorable lion cub whose mother is strong, smart and full of life strength. Then there is Sita, a cheetah and single mom to five playful baby cats. Fang, is the leader of the pride who is protecting his family from another lion who was once banished from the pride.

African Cats is the latest of the Disneynature flicks and is narrated by Samuel L. Jackson. The movie’s signature song, The World I Knew is performed by American Idol season-six winner, Jordin Sparks.
