Gisele Bundchen does not think that sunblock is poison.

It was reported that the too-beautiful-for-the-room Brazilian model/actress was sending the wrong message, especially since she’s promoting a skin care line.

Well, it was a misunderstanding and all’s forgiven.

“They misquoted her due to a language barrier,” Bundchen‘s spox told People. “Gisele would never say not to use sunscreen because she has family members who have had skin cancer.”

What she doesn’t do is wear burn lotion that contains inimical chemicals like parabens, oxybenzone, PABA, and retinyl palmitate.

“Of course I put on sun block. I don’t want to look like a shrimp!’”

The athletically slim but voluptuously sculptured model may be many things, but shrimp isn’t one of them.
