James Tupper is just one of the smoldering hot doctors on the hospital drama Mercy, and wow has he become a standout with fans of the show. That’s due in part to the steamy storylines between his character, Dr. Chris Sands and Nurse Veronica Flanagan Callahan (Taylor Schilling).

In real life, however, Tupper is a family man who loves time with his kids. And getting those moments together has been rough because Mercy is shot in an abandoned hospital in New Jersey and Tupper has a home in L.A.

Still he’s grateful to be working in that deserted medical center, which Tupper tells HollywoodOutbreak.com is haunted. That’s right, ghosts and spooks haunted. And though he’s never seen an apparition, plenty of his co-stars feel it and are still creeped out by the atmosphere.
