Filmmaker Peter Landesman, who had a successful collaboration with Will Smith in the 2015 drama Concussion, is back with a political thriller that is based on one of the biggest scandals of all time. This time out Landesman is working with Liam Neeson in Mark Felt: The Man Who Brought Down the White House.

Nesson, last seen in Martin Scorsese’s Silence, plays Felt (Neeson), the whistleblower whose pseudonym during the Watergate was “Deep Throat.” In 2005, the former FBI agent revealed himself as the valuable tipster and journalist Bob Woodward gave his account on working with Felt in the book The Secret Man: The Story of Watergate’s Deep Throat.

The feature makes its premiere at the Toronto Film Festival. Check out the trailer and tell us what you think!
