Now in its fourth season, NBC’s The Night Shift is a show that isn’t afraid to tackle topical issues in an even handed and immersive manner. Many programs often go for a manipulatively saccharine approach when dealing with dramatic storylines, but thankfully the show’s success is grounded in realistic performances and top notch writing (though some of the character’s who’ve left the show, without giving too much away, has been heartbreaking).

“This cast and crew, the producers, and the entire production has kept its nose down and made the best show we know how to make,” said Scott Wolf, who plays Doctor Scott Clemmens on the program. “And let the rest kind of fall where it has and thankfully the audience has been incredibly loyal and growing each season. And more people are joining the party.”
