Yes, it’s official. We’ve gone back to the 1990s. Well, at least network television has. Along with the revivals of Will and Grace and The X-Files, Roseanne will be returning to TV during the upcoming season. ABC’s eight-episode reboot will feature many of the original cast members, including Roseanne Barr, John Goodman, Sara Gilbert, and Laurie Metcalf. Sarah Chalke, who took over the role of the oldest Conner kid, Becky, from Lecy Goranson, will also be returning to the show — though not as Becky, since Goranson has signed on for the new episodes. After spending four seasons on Roseanne, Chalke went on to star in another hit sitcom, Scrubs, but she told us nothing could compare to the time she spent on the unpredictable Roseanne set. (Click on the media bar below to hear Sarah Chalke)

The new run of Roseanne episodes will air on ABC in 2018.
