
As expected, A Good Day To Die Hard ruled the box office roost over the weekend, collecting $25 million and besting the hit comedy Identity Thief (#2, $23.4 million). The romantic drama Safe Haven also had a solid opening with a third place and $21.4 million showing. The highly hyped Warner Bros. film Beautiful Creatures, however, absolutely tanked and sputtered to a sixth place finish, managing just $7.5 million. Here’s this weekend’s top 10:
