Despite suffering a painful neck injury on last week’s show, plucky MELISSA RYCROFT is still on the roster of the 15th season of the popular competition series DANCING WITH THE STARS: ALL-STARS. During last night’s installment, RYCROFT and partner TONY DOVOLANI took on the Viennese Waltz to huge crowd approval (and an almost perfect judge’s score). Before her first stint on DWTS, RYCROFT was probably best known for being publicly dumped after accepting the proposal of TV’s THE BACHELOR during its 13th season. It was an emotional time for her and (according to reports) one she never thought she’d survive. We sat down with MELISSA RYCROFT during the Television Critics Association press event and she talked about how joining the cast of DANCING WITH THE STARS helped her to get through what she felt was the most embarrassing period of her life.
DANCING WITH THE STARS: ALL STARS airs tonight on ABC-TV with guest performances by TAYLOR SWIFT and JASON MRAZ
