Earlier this summer, JOSEPH GORDON-LEVITT wowed audiences with his role in THE DARK KNIGHT RISES, the third (and final) installment in CHRISTOPHER NOLAN’S impressive BATMAN trilogy. After that, the young star was practically ignored in the little seen bike-messenger thriller PREMIUM RUSH and, now, seems back on track with the upcoming sci-fi thriller LOOPER. Opening in theaters later this week, LOOPER is written and directed by RIAN JOHNSON and stars GORDON-LEVITT as well as BRUCE WILLIS, EMILY BLUNT, PIPER PERABO, JEFF DANIELS, PAUL DANO and GARRET DILLAHUNT.
A futuristic crime drama with more than just mayhem on its mind, LOOPER was chosen to open this year’s Toronto International Film Festival and during a press conference there, GORDON-LEVITT talked about what he looks for when he takes in a movie. (CLICK ON THE MEDIA BAR FOR AUDIO)
LOOPER opens in theaters 9/28
