Airing tonight on ABC Family, the first season finale of BUNHEADS finds the young ballerinas prepping for the annual performance of NUTCRACKER while Michelle and Fanny take a few more baby steps in cementing their budding relationship. Created by AMY SHERMAN-PALLADINO (whose previous series GILMORE GIRLS looms large in the bones of BUNHEADS), the series stars Tony Award-winning actresses KELLY BISHOP (A CHORUS LINE) and SUTTON FOSTER (THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE, ANYTHING GOES) as reluctant pals thrown together by circumstance.

We sat down with SUTTON FOSTER a couple of weeks ago at a Television Critics Association press event and she was quick to sing the praises of co-star BISHOP.
