Jason Statham reteams with Sylvester Stallone for The Expendables 2, a movie which enables fans to enjoy their favorite old school action stars fire a few rounds and blow stuff up. Chuck Norris and Jean-Claude Van Damme are new additions to the crew, which also includes returnees Bruce Willis and Arnold Schwarzenegger.
“To me it means a lot,” says Statham about his Expendables experience. “A lot of the people you work with, they come back again and you always see the same faces and you get to make some good friends and they’re talented people. We all share similar interests - we love making action movies. So it’s a good day at the office.”

Stallone hands over directing duties to Simon West, who directed Mr. Statham in The Mechanic. The movie, which also stars Liam Hemsworth, opens August 17th.
