Jumping on this year’s political bandwagon, comic actors WILL FERRELL and ZACH GALIFIANAKIS play outrageously unqualified opposing congressional candidates under the thumb of big business. More slapstick than satire, the film is perfectly timed to highlight the buffoonery of a flawed political system during an election year.

Directed by JAY ROACH from a script by CHRIS HENCHY and SHAWN HARWELL, the supporting cast includes JASON SUDEIKIS, DYLAN McDERMOTT, JOHN LITHGOW, DAN AYKROYD, BRIAN COX and KATHERINE LaNASA.
