Former California Governor ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER made an appearance at last week’s Television Critics Association to put his seal of approval on the upcoming ESPN 30 FOR 30 short film based on his early life in Austria and his beginnings as a world class bodybuilder. Sharing the stage with filmmaker MICHAEL ZIMBALIST, SCHWARZENEGGER fielded questions from entertainment reporters and talked about overcoming negative influence from all sides (including his mother thinking he’d “gone south” in his sexuality) to become proficient in the art/sport of bodybuilding.
