Filmmaker Baz Luhrmann captivated millions with his visually stirring renderings of Romeo + Juliet and Moulin Rouge, but his 2008 feature Australia failed to reach the same creative heights.
Luhrmann’s Australia experience didn’t deter him from tackling one of literature’s most beloved works, The Great Gatsby, as the Leonardo DiCaprio (as Gatsby) headlined feature opens December 25th.
