Currently in its second season and airing on Style, the popular docu-series TIA & TAMERA follows identical twin sisters TIA MOWRY HARDRICT and TAMERA MOWRY-HOUSLEY as they handle a passel of major life transitions. Getting a handle on motherhood and matrimony, the sisters lean heavily on each other to get through difficult moments and deal with the day-to-day realities of balancing acting careers and family.

We sat down with the famous sisters a couple of days ago at a TCA press event and six-months-pregnant TAMERA talked about the help and counsel she’s been getting from sister TIA.
