Set for release later this month, THE DARK KNIGHT RISES is the third and final installment in director CHRISTOPHER NOLAN’S hugely popular and entertaining BATMAN trilogy. Without spilling any beans, we can safely say that it lives up to all expectations and is a testament to epic storytelling. Based on a script NOLAN co-wrote with his brother JONATHAN, the film features a cast that includes CHRISTIAN BALE, MICHAEL CAINE, MORGAN FREEMAN, GARY OLDMAN, ANNE HATHAWAY, TOM HARDY, MARION COTILLARD and JOSEPH GORDON-LEVITT.

Heavily invested in the BATMAN mythology (and franchise) for a decade, shooting the finale to his much admired trilogy was a bittersweet experience for CHRISTOPHER NOLAN. At last weekend’s press conference, he talked about bringing the story to a close. (CLICK ON THE MEDIA BAR FOR AUDIO)
