abraham-lincoln-vampire-hunter-tim-burton-fd341Arriving in theaters this week, ABRAHAM LINCOLN: VAMPIRE HUNTER is based on the popular novel by best-selling author SETH GRAHAME-SMITH (whose latest novel, UNHOLY NIGHT, just recently hit the stands) and tells the tale of the other career our 16th president enjoyed. The highly anticipated big-screen adaptation is produced by TIM BURTON, directed by TIMUR BEKMAMBETOV and stars BENJAMIN WALKER, RUFUS SEWELL, MARY ELIZABETH WINSTEAD, ALAN TUDYK, DOMINIC COOPER, ANTHONY MACKIE and JIMMI SIMPSON.

At last weekend’s Manhattan press conference to promote the film, BURTON talked about why he wanted to be involved with getting GRAHME-SMITH’S book to the screen and how it reminded him of movies he watched as a kid. (CLICK ON THE MEDIA BAR FOR AUDIO)
