Opening in theaters next month, SAVAGES is a crime drama ripped from the headlines and deals with the brutal violence associated with the Mexican drug cartels wreaking havoc with the American justice system. Co-written and directed by OLIVER STONE, the cast includes TAYLOR KITSCH, AARON JOHNSON, BLAKE LIVELY, JOHN TRAVOLTA, SALMA HAYEK, EMILE HIRSCH, BENICIO DEL TORO and JOEL DAVID MOORE.

After headlining JOHN CARTER and BATTLESHIP (considered by many to be two of the biggest bombs of the year), working in a straight drama is a welcome change of pace for KITSCH who joked at last weekend’s press conference that he’s leaving green-screen movies behind for a while.
