Opening in theaters soon, PEOPLE LIKE US is a comedy/drama about a fast-talking salesman forced by the death of his father to reconnect with his estranged family and a new family he didn’t even know he had. Inspired by true events, the film was co-written (with ROBERTO ORCI) and directed by ALEX KURTZMAN and features a cast that includes CHRIS PINE, ELIZABETH BANKS, MICHELLE PFEIFFER, OLIVIA WILDE, PHILLIP BAKER HALL and MICHAEL HALL D’ADDARIO.
One of Hollywood’s most versatile actresses (most notably seen as Effie Trinket in the uber-successful THE HUNGER GAMES), ELIZABETH BANKS can currently be spotted in the pages of Vanity Fair magazine where she adopts the iconic look of MARILYN MONROE. During our interview over the weekend, BANKS told us why she wanted to take on the photo assignment. (CLICK ON THE MEDIA BAR FOR AUDIO)
PEOPLE LIKE US opens in theaters 6/29
