In theaters this week, ROCK OF AGES is the big-screen adaptation of the Broadway jukebox musical that reintroduced fans to the heavy-metal sound made popular in the 1980s. Centered on the love story between show-biz hopefuls who meet on the Sunset Strip at the height of the hair-band craze, the film is both stylish and stylized.
