After the success of 24, Kiefer Sutherland is trying his hand at television once again with the drama Touch, playing a widower whose autistic son (David Mazouz) has the ability to connect random events with the use of numbers. Created by Tim Kring (Heroes, Crossing Jordan), the Fox show will air as a special preview January 25th (9 pm et/pt) before its regular season premiere on March 19th.
Although he’s been working as an actor since the 1980s, Sutherland admits that his craft is still a “work in progress.” Citing his father (Donald Sutherland) and fellow thespians he admires (Robert Duvall, Gene Hackman), the actor explains why there is more room for creative growth.
