The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 topped a rather tepid box office weekend, as it took in $16.9 million.  The Muppets kept its second place position with $11.2 million, as no new films debuted over the weekend.  Here’s the top 10:

9.  Tower Heist - $4.1 million

10.  Puss in Boots - $3.1 million
