In the new domestic drama, THE DESCENDANTS, an alienated man tries to reconnect with his family after his wife is hospitalized in a tragic near-fatal accident. In an act of supreme self-sacrifice, he attempts to reunite the woman he loves with the man she was having an affair with for a final farewell. Co-written and directed by ALEXANDER PAYNE, the film stars GEORGE CLOONEY, SHAILENE WOODLEY, AMARA MILLER, NICK KRAUSE, BEAU BRIDGES, MICHAEL ONTKEAN and MATT LILLARD.
