Academy Award-nominated director GUS VAN SANT (GOOD WILL HUNTING, MILK) is shifting to the small screen with BOSS, a new dramatic series for Starz. The show will follow the personal and professional exploits of a ruthless Chicago mayor as he navigates the stormy waters of one of the most politically corrupt American cities in history. Directed by VAN SANT from a script by FARHAD SAFINIA, the cast includes KELSEY GRAMMER, ANITA NICOLE BROWN, JEFF HEPHNER, HANNAH WARE and THOMAS KOSIK. BOSS marks a return to television for GRAMMER after a two-year break following the failure of his ABC sitcom HANK.
