In theaters soon, TEXAS KILLING FIELDS is loosely based on actual events and tells the story of two cops in a small Texas town who are taunted by a sadistic serial killer. Directed by AMI CANAAN MANN from a script by DONALD F. FERRARONE, the cast includes SAM WORTHINGTON, JEFFREY DEAN MORGAN and CHLOE GRACE MORETZ.
Next up for MORETZ is a role in director TIM BURTON’S big screen adaptation of the ’60s daytime TV soap opera DARK SHADOWS. A cult favorite, the gothic drama centers on vampire Barnabas Collins and his family as they deal with various creatures of the night. Under BURTON’S direction, the new cast also features JOHNNY DEPP, MICHELLE PFIEFFER, EVA GREEN, JONNY LEE MILLER, HELENA BONHAM CARTER and JACKIE EARLE HALEY.
We spoke with MORETZ last week and she admitted she was excited about the project. (CLICK ON THE MEDIA BAR FOR AUDIO)
