The memory of 24 still lingers in my TV addled brain, but even if the 24 movie still happens, Kiefer Sutherland enters another chapter in his career.

Premiering in spring 2012, Touch features Sutherland as a widower who can’t connect to his 11-year-old mute son (David Mazouz).  But their relationship takes a profound turn when he discovers his son is able to see patterns and connections in our world.  (Click on the media bar and listen to Sutherland talk about why he took the project):
