Julie Bowen, who won an Emmy (Supporting Actress, Comedy) for her work in Modern Family, talked about how she bonded with her co-star (and fellow Emmy winner) Ty Burrell.

“One day he said to me that ‘Acting is fear management,’ and I knew that I had a rock on the set at all times,” says Bowen.  “He’s funny and he’s silly, but really anybody that understands that in front of a camera all you’re trying to do is convince yourself that you’re not scared of anything is pretty amazing.”
